I cannot say enough about this auto body & tow truck company! I was stranded on a major highway in the middle of the night, feeling stressed and unsafe. The owner arrived quickly, handled everything with complete professionalism, and was unbelievably kindhearted. He not only made sure I was safe, but he also refused any compensation for the service. In a world where genuine compassion can be rare, he and his staff truly went above and beyond to help me. I’m incredibly grateful and highly recommend this company to anyone in need—they are a true blessing on the road.

I had an excellent experience at Split Second Body Shop with my 2019 Audi S4. Matt took great care of me from start to finish—professional, friendly, and always kept me in the loop. After discovering my car had been damaged overnight, I was initially panicked. A friend recommended Split Second, so I gave them a call. Matt answered promptly and scheduled an appointment for me right away. When I arrived, he thoroughly explained all of my options, making everything easy to understand. Honestly, when I was rear ended on my way home from work, I was furious but thankful to not be injured. However, My car was in rough shape. When split second showed up, they were informative & empathetic to my situation. They towed my car to their shop and even drove me home. And I live far !! Matt stayed in communication with me and really helped me out through the whole ordeal. They gave me a 3 week window and when I saw my car again it looked even better than when I bought it. Hoping I don’t , but if I ever get into an accident again I’m going straight to split second. Thanks guys!
