Daniel and Alex were so helpful and went above and beyond trying to help me find wiper blades to fit my car! Although we couldn’t find an exact match for my car, they went out of their way trying to find a solution. I would 10000% recommend this AutoZone and them to anyone!

ZERO communication skills and RUDE My 90 days expired to return my wheel bearing. I assumed it’s not which is okay. The warranty policy says that you can exchange it at any AUTOZONE STORE. The team was lazy and very unprofessional and denied to do an exchange. The white mid 50s, grey hair was so RUDE Fortunately the lady helped me pull out the information on my account but couldn’t do the exchange. I will never visit your store again. Urbana store was much better and sweeter, learn LEADERSHIP and COMMUNICATION from them. You are so disappointing (Grey Hair especially) Learn how to calm customers and communicate with them as Autozone customers I would never visit your store again

Sometimes I need a little extra help trying to figure things out with my car and both times I’ve been here the team have gone above and beyond to answer my questions, help me find what I need, and even help me outside at my car. Thank you so much, you all are the best!!
