The employees of this store were really helpful especially David. He went out of his way to make sure I got the correct batteries for my truck and even helped me with a warranty item from another purchase from a different store.

The staff here are well knowledgeable and accommodating. My car broke down in their parking lot, and I needed my car battery replaced. I got my vehicle jump-started free of charge and replaced the battery at a reasonable price. Thank you, Michael and Andrew, for all your help.

This place has terrible customer service. Twice in one week I stop by here and all employees were on the phones and I waited a good five minutes to be acknowledged. So, I Had to walk out both times.

I recently went to this location after a very cold winter storm and desperately needed a new car battery. I arrived after 7pm when I know employees were reading to wind down after a long day. I was hesitant to ask if someone could install the battery for me but Daniel’s welcoming personality put me at ease. He jumped at the opportunity to assist me and gave me additional instructions to ensure the long life of my battery. Thank you Daniel for your 5 star service. Can we get this man a raise?
