Manager was absolutely rude from the moment i walked in. She lied to my face and told me they can not source parts from other locations. Ive been in the industry for a long time and this is the most ridiculous lie. Thats the whole way they operate as supply houses. Told me i would have to go order it online. This manager is an old angry lady who has an agenda to flat out lie to people, not even sure why. Told me only way to get a odyssey battery is to purchase it online. Went to another location and had them source one from a different location autozone. Sad i had to waste my time and be given a hard time, traveling to a better location to get service.

Wow Jefte was so cool. He changed out my tail light with zero hesitation. I'm impressed. These guys are amazing 👏

Walked in for a few parts, offered service right away. There were two men and one women working, all were nice. Lee A. is who first greeted us first, checked us out, and who we interacted with the most. Nice guy.

Hellen was fabulous with my (adult) daughter. They discussed what she needed, the differences between products, and many details on caring for her car.
