🚨 STAY AWAY⛔ My brother visited this location to get the replaced battery due to the damaged battery under warranty replacement program given by AutoZone. They were supposed to install the replaced battery and collect the damaged battery, but because the previous manager used a commercial account to issue replace battery, the store manager Robl Aklilu questioned him about how he had access to a commercial invoice. I told him we had no idea—if anyone did that, it must have been another manager, and we weren’t aware of AutoZone policy. Because of this, they flat-out refused to provide the installation service and told me I’d have to install the battery elsewhere. The situation was highly unprofessional— Robl even was so aggressive. A big shout out to the Young Men working today at the Waters Road location in Germantown MD. I went in for a Battery and the process went so smooth. The Battery was installed so fast I was amazed. 10 minutes from start to finish. Keep up the Great work guys.

I want to give a huge thank you to the General Manager at the new Germantown location. I was in desperate need of help with a battery change, and he stepped in right away. His service was excellent, and he went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. I’m truly thankful and appreciate his kindness and professionalism. Great service and an even better person. Couldn’t have fixed my Nissan without these guys. They helped me with my chaos even went above and beyond to help someone new to state. Helped me with tools, store policy, ordering parts and more. I spoke with over 5-6 different employees all were very professional and helpful. Very thankful and this will be my go to location. Only name I specifically was able to get was a gentleman named Gabe who was very professional and helpful as was everyone on shift September 11-13th.

Josh, the AutoZone employee that helped with headlight change and the code reader for the lights on my dash. He was pleasant, informative, professional, and well mannered. The store is organized, clean, well staffed ( I saw 4 employees there), well stocked with diverse selection. The prices are reasonable. Ask for Josh when you go!
