Went to buy a battery and Simon helped me. Did not force me to buy a new one at his store, as a matter of fact he said he would match the price from O'Reilly's if it was cheaper. Simon tested both of my batteries and my charging system, put in a shock for my hood. He also gave me helpful advice so I wouldn't have to spend more money than I needed, tried to diagnose my issues. Simon you were very helpful thank you for a great experience. You cannot say that for most places.

I've had the worst time getting a battery replaced here. First I was pretty much harassed for not choosing duralast. Then given a battery that wasnt the right size. Now when I'm returning it they are making it pretty painful to get my full amount back. Heading to O'Reilly's after this. Reply: I will not be sending that email. I had to make multiple trips, wasted a bunch of time, had extremely rude customer service. Your employees wanted me to go into the backroom to find my battery. I went over to O'Reilly's, they were kind, happy, helpful, extremely quick service and everything worked first time. I used to always go to AutoZone. This experience has completely turned me off of ever going back to another one.

Terrible experience and never coming to this location ever again. I stopped in to get a new battery for my car and the guy who helped me was an idiot who needs to be fired. The battery he brought out didn't even look new and he charged me for the battery core but never took it out and I also paid for the battery kit to extend the life and he never put it on. We went out there so he could install it and he took forever and was having a hard time getting the brackets attached and ended up not even attaching them and didnt even screw the battery in which I didn't know at the time because wasn't paying close attention because I assumed he knew what he was doing. So that was a mistake on my end. So car starts up and I go home and the next day I go out to leave for work and my car is completely

Terran was super helpful today. He changed my battery and showed me a few things to watch out for! And while he was changing my battery he was walking me through the process and explaining what was happening. I really appreciate the time he spent and dedication to me as a random person that just came in to get my car to start lol Thank you Terran! You deserve a 20% salary increase 🎉
