I came in for help to change my headlights. I tried to do it myself but I couldn’t get the bulbs out after following the manual and YouTube videos. Fabian D. showed me that I actually had to twist and pull first. He changed the first bulb alone but he couldn’t pull out the second one because he had a broken finger, so I was able to take that one out and he finished the job. My headlights now work. I’m so grateful to Fabian and I’ll definitely come back if and when I need help. THANK YOU!!

For context, I’m a young small statured woman so having to get coolant and put it in my car while it’s dark outside was not an appealing idea. Nonetheless I went in and grabbed what I needed, and the cashier was nice. Most notably, however, was when I was outside trying to get the cap off and was having a hard time. Another employee (Johnothon S) came over and asked if I needed help, which I did, so he said he would come back out. He kindly filled it for me and walked me through the process, without making me feel uncomfortable or judged. I was pleasantly surprised by my experience here! Highly recommend.

Uber wasn’t being the best experience yesterday and my tool wasn’t gonna be there until the next day. Justin went ahead on his lunch break and dropped off the tool to me lifesaver i’ve always had a 10 out of 10 experience with his AutoZone so I’m very happy that he went out of his way to personally come drop it off The 24 mm wrench was much needed. I was able to complete my job and my car is ready to go in for alignment.

I had a wonderful experience I came in looking for what oil to put in my car and this wonderful gentleman named Fabian, not only stayed and talked with me to figure it out but he made the experience one I wouldn’t forget. Not only him but everyone on shift was so nice and charismatic Jeff, Samuel e , and Gabe are all really great employees who excel in customer service! I Thank all 4 of them for the help!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Ever since I started driving about a year ago, I’ve gone to AutoZone several times, and every visit has been a great experience. The workers are always so helpful and kind. I don’t know much about cars, but they never make me feel dumb or uncomfortable — they genuinely take the time to help and make sure I get exactly what I need. I’m really thankful for this establishment and the amazing employees who work there. They always make the experience easy and pleasant!
