Big O Tires

It was my very first time at this location, and I had a very pleasant experience. The entire team greeted me with friendly tidings, and they were able to fulfill all of my automotive needs. I came in for an oil change, and the team was very informative (didn't try to pressure me into upsell), and made sure that I walked away confident in the quality of my vehicle. Wi the everything that they did, it was extremely good value. I would recommend this location to anyone looking for friendly, intelligent, hard workers to help!

See update to original post at the button (was 4 star now a 3 star) Original post: Everything went well with two minor items that could use a little improvement in order to receive a 5 star. 1. I called to check availability and pricing first thing in the morning and waited until afternoon for a call back before driving to the store to receive this information. This didn’t effect me too much as I wanted to review how their parking lot was laid oou since the vehicle I was having tires put on was a 45’ 5th wheel and It’s takes a lot of room to maneuver. We made a plan while I was there. 2. Once I arrived with my 5th wheel, the spotter that was guiding me back to the stall where they would complete the work didn’t recognize the height of my 5th wheel and backed me into the building causing

Hard to believe this one. I got a quote for air conditioning repair service as I had no cold air blowing. The quote was $1400.00. I went to get 2 more estimates and the lowest was $450.00. Ofcourse I had the work done for $450.00 and I've had great cold air. I saved almost $1000.00 going elsewhere. Get your estimates first people.

I had a great experience at this new Big O Tires location. I came in on Friday because my car was showing a low tire pressure warning, but I explained that my car’s computer system was messed up and I couldn’t tell which tire was losing or gaining air. Even though I didn’t catch their names, two employee immediately offered to reboot my car’s system, which was incredibly helpful. Once they did that, I was finally able to see exactly which tire needed air. Unfortunately, I didn’t have cash on me to tip at the time, so I wanted to leave this review to show my appreciation. The customer service was excellent

Big O on dysart Rd, excellent customer service. Customer appreciation and understanding was felt. Anthony made my experience at Big O awesome, gave me hope that all shops aren’t out to rip you off.
