I came by auto zone to purchase a battery for my car. Upon entering the store Cody greeted my Husband and I with such a calm and professional demeanor. He looked up my car to ensure he had a battery in stock. He then look under my hood to ensure he would be able to change to the battery. Cody was so pleasant and professional. His demeanor showed me he has a lot of knowledge and compassion for his job and the customers he serve! He done a great job and I have a brand new battery with a three year warranty!! Thank you Cody for a job well done!!

Pathetic staff. I've never been to a parts store & been dismissed like I wasn't even there. I needed 3M VHB tape or similar to reattach my phone holder. The young man with long hair was not even trying to help me, and the woman, short gray hair (no names) just smirked at me, shook her head, and didn't offer to help me either. They didn't even try to show me the phone holders that they carry. I will never shop at their store again. A 1 is a real stretch for rating for them.

Yeah ive been a customer for auto zone for while now and was bit disappointed by experience i had few days ago. Went in and employee was busy and when i asked an employee a question all i got was attitude and I'll get to you when i can. Usually its much better so give this a 3 star rating. Will go back in future and if i get same service again i wont return but I'll hope for best.
