AutoZone Auto Parts

This is the worst parts store in town. They lie about part prices over the phone. It's not all the employees but a lot of them are too lazy to use the computer and actually look up the parts. On my last visit I went all over town looking for a part for my truck and Auto Zone was the only store that didn't even look the part up. Instead he asked me what size was the part (like I would know) and tried to sell me what they had in the store

Very nice guys that work at this location. It was literally 103 degrees outside and one of the guys took out my old battery and replaced it with a new battery and also switched out my windshield wipers. Great customer services here.

Satisfied with auto parts in stock. Unsatisfied with the mix up on the shelves. U grab something cause its marked clearance then get to the register and its alot higher price and the fella behind the counter says it was just in the wronf place. Guess the other 8 on the shelf justvlike it were too..

This is an amazing place. Everyone is always will to help and very sweet. Anytime we have to grab parts we go there. Very well priced, too. Clean store and bathrooms.

Worst experience ever! Was refused to buy a motor for my car because the male MANAGER accused me of recording the women. First of all, what a person legally chose to record with his or her phone is their choice. I felt as if the manager was out of pocket for refusing to sell me a motor because he suspected wrongdoing. He stopped his boss from making over $3,000 plus his commission for the sell cause he wanted to get on some personal stuff. I JUST DROVE ACROSS THE STREET AND PURCHASED IT FROM O'REILLY! BET NEXT TIME HE'LL THINK TWICE ABOUT TRYING TO IMPRESS HIS FEMALE STAFF.
