This is a very professional place of business. I called needing a starter replacement at around 8:45 and by 11:40 the repair was complete. I will not say he can all ways get this done as fast but I believe they will take care of you with utmost care , respect , speed. I very highly recommend this place of business for your automotive needs.

Vehicle would not start and the diagnosis was a malfunctioned compressor. However later when I had this same exact issue and took my vehicle to the Infiniti dealership, the diagnosis was loose wiring (they fixed it for free). I’m sure the compressor diagnosis from Mack was just to run up my tab (cost $500) and was not the actual cause of my vehicle problem (I had another mechanic look at my vehicle prior to Mack and they said the compressor was fine). The entire transaction just seemed like he wanted to charge me as much as possible. Will not be returning.

Mack's was very professional, towed my car away from a wreck and kept me informed thoroughly until my insurance company picked up my vehicle. I was very pleased w/his service.

Very professional and great reliable services. My car ran hot and Mac towing services was speedy there in 10 mins. He also repaired my fuse and replaced brakes.
