I'm vary disappointed in my recent experience with this store. I walked in needing a 30amp Fuse. The woman at the desk was sitting legs crossed Indian style on a metal cart. She was playing a game on a pink laptop and texting someone on her phone. I asked for the fuse and she didn't even look up at me. I asked are you planning a game she said "yep". I said "oh sorry I thought you worked here". She said "Oh no I do!" And went back to her game. She pointed to the aisles and said it's somewhere over there. Then another employee came out and helped me find it. As him and I were out side I said "she was vary unprofessional". He agreed and said "she does it all the time but she's the manager and can't say anything". I was shocked that she was a manager. I was so disappointed because this place w

This place is a joke. I have been there plenty of times and leave unsatisfied every time. Just recently I was looking for a belt tensioner for a gm truck. Unfortunately neither of the better two auto parts stores in Greenwich could get it for several days. I begrudgingly went to autozone praying for a miracle. They said they had the tensioner in Albany. I was told that by 3:00 o clock that afternoon I could pick my part up or they would call notifying me of the scenario. As 3 came and went I never received a call, and I called at four for answers. Sure enough they say they haven’t gotten it yet. I was cordial and agreed to show up when it arrived.I received a call shortly thereafter that it arrived. Seeing as my daily driver was what needed the part, I wasn’t able to get there before 7, th

I had a great experience at auto zone in Greenwich ny.The gas cap I bought didn’t fit and we went through my options and costs which were a good deal more than I had anticipated. Harry the sales manager said let me take a look and after trying once and failing he took off a rubber washer and the part fit perfect. I was so relieved to have been saved nearly $200 ( maybe more since that was cost of parts only). Harry was a genius!! I will definitely recommend this store to other older customers that want honest service. John was very helpful also , trying to figure out what the problem was that the cap wouldn’t fit. Thanks guys!! They know their business and are honest which is really important to people that are clueless about cars
