I bought my truck (2016 Ram 1500 V8) back in 2023. The purchasing process was very easy and I was able to leave the lot that day with a new truck. If I remember correctly the whole process took 3 hours or less. Since I’ve bought the truck, whenever I need to get it serviced I always come back to Otto of Greenwich because the staff is so welcoming and friendly. They will do anything to ensure that you are comfortable while you’re waiting for your vehicle. Paul Bull the service manager has been very helpful and understanding. Most auto shops will try to get you to spend your very last dollar to “fix” your vehicle. Here at Otto of Greenwich, Paul will work with you to actually fix your vehicle and not just take your money. Used them today for service to replace a faulty windshield wiper motor which was covered under warranty. I drove further than I had to for service as there’s a dealer in my town that I will no longer use for service. After they discovered what the issue was why my wipers just suddenly quit working they gave me 2 options the first being the part was 3-5 days out I could either leave my truck and they offered me a shuttle ride back home or bring it back, or the second option if I wanted to wait a couple additional hours they would pull one from one of they’re new vehicles on the lot and just replace it with the new one when it came in. I worked with Greg Y to purchase my 2022 Toyota Tacoma. He was extremely patient with me as I made my decision about this purchase and once I wanted to move forward everything was quick and seamless. He was able to answer all of my questions and was very flexible to accommodate my busy schedule and purchasing from out of state. Disappointed by Lack of Communication and Follow-Through I’m extremely disappointed with how my recent interaction with this dealership unfolded. After being assured that they would be purchasing our truck, we turned away other interested buyers based on that commitment. Unfortunately, we were then completely ghosted—no follow-up, no communication, and no explanation. I had to take the initiative to call and leave a voicemail just to get a response, which finally came from Gary. The lack of professionalism and accountability throughout this process was unacceptable. I expected better from a business that claims to value its customers. I will not be recommending this dealership and hope others proceed with caution.

Greg was very helpful and went above and beyond to make sure that i got the vehicle that i wanted to purchase, he was great to work with, he answered any questions that i had honestly. Very satisfied with my car and with the customer service provided by Greg.
