Went in there for the first time ever to get my battery replaced after having to jump-start it and I cannot say enough good things! Firstly, I did not feel like I was being upsold out of money. Louis was incredibly patient when switching out my car battery, and even stayed after hours to make sure everything was installed correctly. It's rare to find such great customer service these days, and I really appreciated the experience. Highly recommend!

I stopped by after the gym to get a drain plug crush washer for my routine oil change. And the manager Eugene had me leave my bag at the CoUnteR. I’ve been going to AutoZone for 20 years and I’ve never had that happen to me. They need a new manager.

I went to the other autozone on Whalley Avenue and nobody helped me there. I had to go to Hamden, where Howard helped me.
