I had a great experience at the AutoZone on South Broad Street in Hamilton. The location is easy to find, has plenty of parking, and is really convenient if you’re coming from anywhere in the area. The store itself is clean and organized, which makes it simple to get in and out quickly. What really stood out was the customer service. As soon as I walked in, someone greeted me and asked what I needed help with. Instead of pointing me toward an aisle, they actually took the time to talk through what was going on with my car and helped me figure out the right part. They also offered to run a quick diagnostic with their Fix Finder, which made everything easier and gave me peace of mind. Thank god for Max. I ran in to Aldi and when I came out my car (and phone) battery had died. I walked over to this location and with no hesitation Max put on his coat and walked over to the Aldi parking lot with a box and jumped my car for me. I’m so greatful for him and all of the staff there. I was in a really bad situation (with a dead phone) and they were all so kind. THANKS AGAIN!

The Manager Zelma Vicente was wonderful she put my window wash in my van and would not take any money. I bought the window wash down the street at Auto Advance by the Whitehorse Circle and they would not do it!!! Zelma went over and beyond to help me!!! They got my business from now on!!!!

Raiimon was extremely helpful while I was looking for a new socket wrench set and an oil plug for my car. Took the time to show me options and find the exact one I would need as I’m new to doing oil changes by my self.

My car wouldn’t turn on got it jumped started by a friend that happened to pass by and went to this AutoZone, looks like they have a certain time they do battery changes. But even so they went out of there way and changed the battery Jorge was very professional helped me chose the battery and changed it too. Ale the girl working along side with him also helped assist. I am very thankful they made time to change my battery as I am 5 months pregnant and idk what I would have done if the battery wasn’t changed. Definitely recommend coming here.
