My girlfriend had an issue with her battery today, she went to AutoZone to get it checked, when she arrived her battery was very hot and smoking, worker still tested it, said it got overcharged and is now completely dead, it was so hot and leaking acid it could have exploded and injured or killed my gf. They let her stay there until the battery cooled off and could safely be changed, they even took her dad's veterans discount over Facetime. They changed her battery out, and everything is working great now. Thank you so much to the staff for their help and caring attitude. Very impressed.

In a hurry and needing antifreeze for my fiat, they looked up what I needed, gave me a military discount, and got me out the door quick!

During the storm last week I made an emergency stop at Autozone due to my windshield wipers not working properly. An associate named Steven was willing to assist me with getting everything taken care of for me to safely travel home

Two thumbs up for the Auto Zone in Henderson NC on Dabney Street! I kinda joked at check-out that I hoped I'd be able to switch out the wiper blades I had just purchased for my Jeep because I heard it should be easy but could be a tricky process and the manager, Michael, standing nearby said something like, "Let's find out" and he went right out to my vehicle to install them for me! What great service!! And he did a fine job, too, especially because the old wiper on the driver side was problematic and no way would I have been able to remove that one myself. Thank you!!
