I've been going to this AutoZone location for many years and have always been happy with the service. Today I needed a new battery and was assisted by Kaelon, who efficiently and politely replaced my battery. He is an asset to the company.

Brandy was extremely helpful this afternoon. She made what could have been a really bad day into a MUCH less bad day. She helped me with my car so I could make it home to Charlotte. She is a gem.

The most infuriating interaction with Christian the manager.He Brought two filters up didn’t know which one it was even though I stated it’s that one on the computer. And we’d spoken to the mechanic. He Opened the boxes so it was confusing. I Had to ask him to go back and get another box off the shelf super Concerned that something had fallen out or he put the wrong filter in the wrong box. Rolled his eyes even tho he was confused, I was told by one employee that I would get one free oil filter and one free air filter with each container of oil not true.Super confusing. I was over wrung on the computer around four and five times. He still ended up overcharging me so that I had to go back the next day and fix the mistake. I don’t recommend this place. Employees need to spend more time interacting with customers to make sure they’re getting what they need instead of on their phones, especially when you expect me to pay THAT MUCH MORE than I can get it online through reputable suppliers.
