They’re usually good, this older guy was yelling at his employee for trying to help a customer. Yelling at him saying he’s not a mechanic so he needs to stay inside. How are you going to yell at your employee for helping a customer while you stand there and do nothing.

Chris and his team of Alex, Joshua and Gary worked hard to take care of customers in a timely manner. Chris was great at helping employees out when they had a question and even took the time to ask me if I found everything I needed. I called to order some parts a few days ahead of time; Joshua helped me to find and order the correct parts I needed. Gary took the time to help me use a bunch of gift cards I had when checking out to pay for my purchase; overall the customer service from these guys was great.

I was greeted upon my arrival and was assisted shortly thereafter. There was an older gentleman that assisted me, very kind and patient with my needs! Great overall experience!

Benjamin and Colin helped me replace my tail light bulb. The installation for them to get to the bulb was not easy. But they both had outstanding patience and did all they could to get everything working properly :) thank you guys for making my day 😊

This store is AWESOME especially Larry Stroud. He turned my unfortunate situation with needing a new battery into a blessing!! We need more people like him in the world. Many thanks to him!!!
