I can say something about Ellets that I don’t think I’ve ever said about an auto shop (especially a dealer): I trust them. Not only is this husband and wife team extremely knowledgeable and capable, they’re just really decent folks so I like patronizing them. My first choice.

Called to get a quote for having some tires installed. I will say it did take awhile to get someone on the phone and the lady that answered sounded stressed but eventually the gentleman I spoke with very nice and friendly. They will get my service for my install and any future services I will need.

Helped me without any payment. I was in a bind leaving for a 2500 mile drive. My window wouldn't go up and these guys just helped me duct tape it up so I could get to where I was going and fix it there. If I need anything in the future I will be going here.
