I cannot say enough amazing things about this store and in particular, BRANDI! She is absolutely incredible! I called ahead of time and over the phone she knew and explained everything. When I got there she was answering phones, helping customers, both in the store and the parking lot, pulling stock and doing anything else that was needed. She was the only person that I saw working there that day and she was doing everything with a smile. I hesitantly asked if there was someone who could install my battery and she said she would when she found an extra minute. I don't think I waited 10 minutes and she was working a socket wrench like no other! She had my new battery in so quickly and was back to help others. The check engine light came on in our SUV while on vacation. The woman I spoke to at Autozone on January 14th, 2026 said she could scan the codes and look up what they mean. I arrived at Autozone and she did everything quickly and was very friendly. The results said I could drive it further without damage but should listed what needs to be replaced and what needs to be done. I didn’t have time on vacation to address the items that day but will definitely buy the parts from Autozone. I highly recommend this Autozone location.

There was an individual named Gabriel (hopefully I’m spelling his name correctly). He was very professional in assisting my needs, and even went out of his way. (I was that customer who “needed” more than I asked, but he remained calm and professional). Everybody has different encounters, but I believe he deserves a RAISE.

We were vacationing in Hilton Head when we had a dead battery. We got someone to jump us off, then headed to AutoZone. The attendant came out with his tester, and told us to turn off the car. As suspected, the battery needed replacing. The attendant fiddled with it a bit, then said he could not replace the battery. He said he could sell us a new one, but that he could not install it. Since that would do us no good, we asked if he could jump start us. We went back in and came out with another tool, but could never figure out how to use it, so our car remained dead. He suggested we call roadside assistance, and then just left us. So, we were stuck in front of the store with a dead battery. Fortunately, we were able to flag down someone to jump us off.
