At the AutoZone in Hobe Sound, Florida (store # 4452) every employee that I interacted with went above and beyond to make sure that I had the correct product at the best possible price. Not only did Keri, Jenn and Kevin search the computer for the parts I needed, they also went outside in 100 degree heat to look at the damage on my cars headlight in order to determine the best way to go about fixing it. They did all this knowing that I had a limited budget. Therefore, I am going to explore all the recommendations that were given to me by the team and see which ones best fit my needs. I purchased a new battery today August 25,2025. A young lady by the name of Katherine helped me pick out a good battery & even installed it for me. I was in & out of there within 20 minutes. Excellent service. Thankyou again Katherine & Auto Zone. Excellent service.

If I could give 10 stars I would. My wife's vehicle wouldn't start this evening at 8 pm. We were planning on leaving the vehicle overnight at our local mechanics shop, But I thought I would see if Auto-zone was still open. Not only were they open, but Keri showed such kindness and patience and quickly changed out the battery for less money than we would have paid in the morning. Keri's can do attitude is rare to find these days and she should be acknowledged. If you need any thing for your vehicle I highly recommend seeing Keri. I know we will from now on!
