I brought my car to Crash Champions Collision in Hobe Sound, Fl. After the front quarter of the car on the driver's side was taken out by a truck in a parking lot. The people at Crash Champions were absolutely amazing, professional and so kind and helpful in putting me at ease. My insurance company referred me to Crash Champions after an accident to get my car repaired. They had it for about 6 days, and everything looked great. After having the car for about 3 days, I noticed something seemed off, so I reached out and spoke with Bob, who told me to bring it in for them to check. I live about 40 minutes away and was worried I’d get there right when they closed, but Bob assured me that they would wait for me. I actually arrived a little earlier than expected and was greeted by Nick and Jennifer. Nick came out right away, checked everything, and resolved the issue immediately. I used crash champions due to the insistence of a claims adjuster. It would have been worth it for me to do all the work on my own and gone to a certified Honda repair center when I drop my car off they told me the repairs are minor and it will take four days. Now they are saying two weeks and I have a rental car. Their excuse is that they are backed up, but they would have known that when they originally gave me that quote.two weeks later they said my car was ready. I showed up to find everything crooked and they never fixed the sport rim they assured me they could fix and buff the scratches out. I asked and the guy said “oh I didn’t know about that”. I said “we had a conversation about it”

They are amazing, the only reason I didn't give them 5/5 is because I had to return my car to them, but customer service was great, no questions asked.
