Hohenwald, TN has the most inept and unprofessional Auto Zone. ThEIR HELP is unprofessional and do not care , they do not help you and they have an inept supervisor on staff. all I was interested in is an exchange to see if the wiper blade I bought was just bad. I’ve been in there many other times and about other wiper blades that also weren’t the greatest, but Still used them until I needed other ones. I am not shopping there anymore and I advise anybody else not to go there. In addition, I was advised incorrectly by their supervisor on a couple of other parts that I wanted to get on my own, because it was simply easier. Hiw can anyone get knowledgeable help anymore?

The daytime manager Kaylee is absolutely gorgeous and a genius. She helped a friend of mine save $420 by coming up with a clever solution to repair his car. She was a HUGE help!

While the staff were semi friendly especially Phillip the manager who was trying to be helpful. I had called the store after being online trying to find an alternator. Over the phone he said they had one so i go to the store to pick up. I asked him if it would fit my car gave him all info including VIN number. He said looks like it. I get home and not even close. So i take the part back aling with the core. A different older man helps and says he was out of stock for what i need and proceeds to return the 1st part. But only returned the part not the core charge they charged the first time. When i asked if the number would work he said i can only go by my computer i asked does thatvmean i cant go by your website? So manager steps in fixes return and looks up what we found online said yes it

I needed a battery for my vehicle and I was pretty upset about how much it was going to cost. The 2 gentlemen that were there, were very sweet and informative. I didn't catch their names but I will be continue business with them from now on. Thank you to those 2 gentlemen. Yall deserve raises!
