Caleb was very professional. I reached out to him and he got back to me within a couple of hours. Had a time set for the next day. He called when he was on his way, and was punctual. My minivan wasn't drivable. I drive a Honda Odyssey SE. Caleb met me at my home. He checked it out, told me what was wrong, what parts he was going to need to get. Gave me a price including parts, labor, tax, and honestly, it was a steal. My car was up and running in 30 minutes. Highly recommend this mechanic.

Caleb came out on Wednesday and diagnosed my trucks problem quickly. He returned today with the part and had it fixed quickly and promptly. Caleb is very professional and is very knowledgeable with everything. I highly appreciate it the work. I was on a hunting trip and my 2018 F-150 decided to have a “cranks, no start” issue. I was ~75 miles from home, with a camper, and the closest Ford dealership/service department was an hour away. I found Free Bird Automotive…Caleb, around 9PM via a Google search that reflected nothing but 5-star ratings. Called him a little after 8AM the next morning and he was able to work me in later that afternoon. He drove an hour and a half to get to me, had the problem figured out in less than 10 minutes, and was researching parts immediately. He gave me the quote for work and headed out for a 45-minute drive (one way) to get my fuel pump/sending unit and a new battery. I asked him to call me when he got back to the campground so I could help him lower my more than half-full, 36-gallon fuel tank…but
