Bought a part and the employee said he had a guy that would put it on my car. I trusted him so I called Ratchet mobile service and the guy ripped me off for 100.00 . I guess that’s easier than working. Autozone… don’t recommend people. Please.

Martin the store manager here was rude, stood in line for over 10 minutes while holding my restless toddler while the cashier was helping another guest. Martin the store manager stood there micromanaging his crew without offering to help or check me out til the very end. Then was very aggressive, hostile and rude to me in front of several other customers. Uncalled for from someone in his position. Show a little professionalism. And quit micromanaging your crew you’re killing the morale of a once good location!

Needed a battery and the manager price matched an equivalent battery from Walmart for me and saved me like 70 bucks and even threw in some terminal grease because he noticed it needed it. Great guys over there in my dealings with them
