Sarah Deleon and Herschel Hickman have excellent customer service skills as well as automotive knowledge. Today they installed some stubborn windshield wiper blades. The last time I was here it was a dead battery. There are several auto parts stores in Huntsville, but employees like Sarah and Herschel are the reason I make AutoZone the store I choose.

Lordes was very helpful and knowledgeable when I called to get some information on a battery for my truck. When I arrived at the store she tested the battery for me and pulled the new battery and got everything ready while I pulled the old one out. She was very knowledgeable, helpful, and provided great customer care.

I went this store today I got one of my trucks axle screw broke I went to get some tools and screws and I met this guy I don’t know even his name but he was so so so helpful and so patient to find just a small screw not even that he stepped out side to make sure that I’m okay becouse I’m from Dallas He deserve to be a manger he treat customers with very polite and nice and I been watching him do same thing with other customers Even I offered him a tip he did not take it and he said IT IS MY JOB TO HELPING YOU Hopefully this review can be seen by any mangers or owners of the store to promote him GOD BLESS HIM

I had an incredible experience at this AutoZone thanks to Diamond and JB. I came in after a really rough day with serious battery issues on my 2021 Ford Bronco—something multiple shops, including a dealership, told me they couldn’t fix. From the moment I walked in, both Diamond and JB treated me with kindness, patience, and genuine care. Diamond went above and beyond to help me get the battery I needed without any judgment, and JB even offered to drive me to my car, jump it, and help me bring it back to the store. They worked together to replace my battery right there, even though the setup in my model is notoriously difficult to access. They handled everything quickly, professionally, and with such compassion. Their willingness to help, their kindness, and the extra steps they took truly

Went to get my windshield wiper changed and ended up getting my windshield cracked, since we are in the winter weather the ice cracked it even more and now I have to pay out of pocket to get this fixed before it gets way worse. So upset, would appreciate it if they could just be careful with things like this because at the end we are the ones having to pay it out of our pockets
