AutoZone Auto Parts

First my car was misdiagnosed for the higher price part (alternator) but it was just a dead battery. When trying to return the part that I did nit need, I got attitude and a smartass young lady that could not work the register correctly. Never using this location again.

Wow! What a refreshing experience. It started with Kimberly when I called. She knew just what I needed and they had it in stock. Thomas was awesome and took out my old battery and put in the new one. Got me up and running. Hey. That's important when you're a realtor! I'll help you like they helped me.

Staff was helpful and friendly, and helped me find what I needed.

Best service I've had at AutoZone! The young man who helped me was courteous, professional, and did my battery replacement extremely fast and perfectly! I forgot to tip him, which I will certainly do next time I'm in Jesup! He definitely needs a raise!

Love this place, have since they've been open. Just one complaint, seems like you always have to wait to get to an employee with the computer to get the part you need. If you've been there before then you know what to expect at everyone, they're all the same
