Bruce went out of his way to help!! My husband and I pulled over into a speedway station after experiencing radiator issues. We were expecting to have our vehicle towed back home to Bristol, RI (had already called AAA) when I decided to call AutoZone. I asked if there was ANY chance that they could deliver some coolant to our location. Sure enough, Bruce said he'd be happy to do so! I simply ordered the product on-line and he showed up at our location within 15-20 min. He even put in the coolant and waited a while to make sure everything was Ok. He even encouraged us to continue on to our destination (lol). We did, and got a chance to relax with friends we were on our way to visit in Foster. We ended up having a wonderful afternoon and the hiccup we had was nearly forgotten. Thanks again

The employees at this location are friendly, courteous and very helpful; the store is clean and online orders are filled quick and they're ready upon arrival. On my most recent visit, Matthew M. assisted and his customer service was exceptional! My transaction (with warranty and parts) was a bit confusing, but he handled it with patience and ease. Very satisfied with my overall experience at the Auto Zone on Hartford Ave. and would definitely recommend-thank you AZ Team!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
