I just had one of the roughest day a middle school teacher and mother of a toddler in the terrible twos could have and Corey from Auto Zone solves about half my problems. I was driving in the middle of a BLIZZARD when my window shield wiper literally flew off and the rubber part started smacking my window. I was driving blind when I saw an auto zone auto parts sign and swerved into the parking lot. With a screaming kid and no idea what the year my car even was I went inside and Corey instantly recognized I needed help. He picked out the parts, took me to the till to pay, and installed the wipers IN THE MIDDLE OF SAID BLIZZARD. I have been to this store many times and never had horrible service until today. Colby has the worst customer service possible. Everybody that I have encountered at AutoZone have been spectacular above and beyond. Except for this Employee, who does not seem to enjoy his position. He is by far the rudest employee I have come across. Get better with hiring AutoZone!

I can’t believe how I was just treated by one of the employees at this location. I went in here looking for a silicone hot pad. Couldn’t find one on the shelf asked one of the workers that was walking by if they had any and he said I don’t have any on the shelf. I said ok, do you have any in stock, it says online they did. He literally huffed, got visibly angry and said, I don’t know maybe and started walking away then threw the product, whatever it was he was carrying, across the back room like a toddler throwing a temper tantrum.

Extremely rude sales team , called for parts estimate and sales representative was very impolite and could not be bothered and used the excuse he didn’t feel good, tried to reach manager and sales refused to reach him. Terrible service go anywhere else these are children not grown knowledgeable adults in this location.

Had to stop in and purchase some windshield wipers. The cashier was helpful in gathering the appropriate sizes needed for my vehicle. Another employee, Carter, offered to help install on my vehicle. Wonderful service and helpful staff. Highly recommend!
