I have been here to get the help and items I have needed several. I have never gotten the impression I was bothering any of their associates when I asked them to check my battery, replace my battery, and hook up a machine to run a diagnostics code. Places been under new management for a few months now. The new store manager Jesse is a great improvement over the last one. Friendly staff always treat me proper.

Today my I went to auto zone on Lafayette North Main to get my car diagnosed. The two gentlemen that help me with that were so understanding and knowledgeable about what I needed. Jesse was the sales person who let me know what my car needed and was so helpful and professional I felt very good. His approach to helping choose the right part for my car which was a battery, felt very comfortable and trust worthy. I purchased the battery and he installed, I was very impressed. I know that this is part of their work but let me tell you it was very cold today. It was a very pleasant experience I will deffinitely go back and refer anyone to this store. Excellent service.
