I am extremely disappointed with my experience at this dealership. I purchased a car from them for my 16 year old daughter as her first car, and within just three weeks the transmission failed. They initially agreed to look at it and told me it only needed fluids. After having the car for about a week, I got it back with the same problem. I returned it again, and they kept it for more than three weeks, saying they had finally installed the correct part and the issue was resolved. Within two weeks of getting the car back, the exact same issue returned. I brought it back expecting the dealership to finally make it right, but instead they told me it now needs an entirely new transmission—and that I would have to pay for it. The Car Sales rep was nice . I can't remember his name because he forgot to give it me .... anyways I drove this really nice Mini Cooper Only for it to not want to start after the test drive . It didn't start 3 times ... Things Happen, I just didn't appreciate the gaslighting and stating that the car didn't start because I did not shake it .
