I love this Autozone! I go I. Often because I had a coolant leak. Keith was very professional and was able to help me get exactly what I needed. He worked diligently and everyone was so friendly.

AutoZone continues to set itself apart from other retailers. Not only do they carry everything you need for projects and repairs, but their prices are also very competitive. The staff here is always willing to help, which makes the experience that much better. On my last visit, I was looking for a unique spray for a project, and they not only had it but also gave me several helpful recommendations. I am glad I stopped in while visiting a great store with great service. If I had to make a recommendation, it would be regarding the phone support process. There have been a few times when I called in, was placed on hold for so long that I eventually had to end the call. That was unfortunate and could be improved in the future. 5 stars for Angela who helped me out today with my headlight bulbs! So friendly and helpful and even went out in the cold with me to help install them! Much better experience than the last time I visited this location and felt like I was an inconvenience for asking for help!! I was hesitant to go back, but I'm glad I did today! Thanks Angela!!

This by far best customer service I experienced in a great time. They, meaning Thurman the mng to Hunter the dedicated employee! Treated a disabled man and wife with knowledge and empathy. Treated my friend and I who are disabled Vets with same compassion. Store and property was clean, organized, and spot on.

Walked in the store, grabbed a flyer. There was an empty cart sitting at the front i grabbed it and started grabbing items, associate came up. grabbed my cart, grabbed the item handed it to me and was like.Is this yours? and then walked off with the cart. I'm like, I understand if you were using it, but you could have communicated. I just walked out.Ill find another place to shop.
