This review is not geared towards the general staff but more towards the back office support. After only 3 months of a garage installing a wheel bearing/hub on my Ram 2500, the wheel studs snapped and it destroyed my wheel. I am now going on week 3 without my vehicle due to the lackadaisical directives of the back office. Upon contacting them after the 2nd week, their resulting answer was "I was on vacation and didn't have time" mind you they had this information prior. Upon calling the garage, who by the way is a great garage to deal with, he explained now Auto Zone put the ball in his court to handle the damages. In my opinion this is AZ's issue to handle not the garages which only elongated this process of me still not having my vehicle. AZ sells the parts and they produce adds for thes
