I was able to make an appointment for an oil change, tire rotation and inspection within two days of my initial call. Dealerships wanted to schedule me for weeks out for the same service. The convenience is amazing and customer service was top notch!

On our way through back to Virginia, our tire pressure light kept coming on even after we put air in. We assumed a leak so we rushed over. Dustin was polite and kind on the phone. When we arrived, we discussed options on patch or replacement. He knew we were on our way home and in a hurry. They were quick! They pulled all the tires to check for leaks and found none! Then, they tested the battery and we devised that was probably triggering the faulty alerts. They did all of this quickly and kindly and charged us nothing! We are very grateful for the hospitality and the peace of mind. Highly recommend if passing through and in need!

Avoid this place like the plague. I recently took my car to a different shop to find out that my car is messed up because Steve Shannon put a brand new tire on my car in 2023 (flat from a nail) despite the other three tires being three years old at the time. They did not replace the other 3 tires. I purchased brand new tires in 2020 from Steve Shannon and purchased the insurance on the tires. They argued that the tread was close enough for my all-wheel-drive vehicle that I did not need to replace all four tires at one time, despite my original tires already being 50% through their life. They also used a different brand. After speaking with the manager, they claimed that the tread on the old tires was relatively new and close to the tread of the new tire. I'm not sure how that's physically

I had a dead battery and needed a quick turnaround time. I asked if they had time to put a new battery in and an hour later I was driving away. I had forgot to ask them to put air in the tires as the warning light was on. As I left I noticed they had taken care of it without asking. They were friendly, courteous and the bill was well within reason.

The staff was very friendly over the phone, and was able to get me in for an appointment the next day. I arrived early, and they waited on me right away. All the staff were very accommodating.
