Called to get a part ordered. I was put on hold so he could "get someone else". Sat for 10 minutes on hold and hung up...BTW they are hiring delivery drives...that's what the recording said. Called O'Reillys had the part ordered in less than 2 minutes and a day earlier. I used to be loyal to AZ.. not any more.

They really don't deserve even one star. I really needed help, and the person who could have helped me couldn't stop working the register to give me a minute of assistance, which was all I needed. Very poor treatment. I have to point out that the cashier who speaks Spanish and English tried to do his job, but the person who knew how didn't bother to help. A terrible place; find another one.

AWSOME, Daniel not only helped me find my light for my car but also changed it for me, and trust me it was NOT easy and in chilly weather. Great service every time I come to this place. 🙏

Shasta the assistant manager went above and beyond on a holiday weekend to get me back on the road. She is a very professional and kind person.

Went in couldn't find what I was looking for and there was two clerks working the counter with customers and another clerk walked up saw me and walked away so I left and went to O'Reilly's and got what I wanted.
