This location is helpful, they were able to order front mounts for my old Toyota truck

Used to be my go-to store for auto parts, but too often lately, they don't have the parts I need or constantly have to order the part in. Vs Advance Auto, who seems to carry a larger stock of parts. To say nothin about at the same price. So needless ta say, AutoZone just fell by the wayside far as I'm concerned. Won't be long an they'll be outta business all together.

They almost always have what you need for regular maintenance, and if not they get the parts in quick! May vary for special and or performance parts. Customer service is great, they will change a battery or wipers or other simple things for you while you wait!

When i visited this store i was very unsure of what i needed for the scratches on my car. I looked around that store reading everything for over 20 minutes. During that time a few people came in and were helped or asked if they needed anything. NOT ONCE did anybody come and ask if i needed help or what it was i was looking for. Not a good look guys. Not sure if it was because i was a woman or a black woman 🤷‍♀️.

GREAT customer service! Right when I walked in I was greeted by an employee named Billy. He was more than happy to test my alternator and battery for me. When we realized it was a bad battery he offered to give me some quotes and also install a new battery for me if I ended up purchasing from them. Needless to say I did buy the battery and Billy installed it within a few minutes. I tried to give Billy a tip but he wouldn’t accept it. He was very nice and I really appreciated all his help! I was in and out of there within 10 minutes! Thank you so much for going the extra mile!
