The staff that was working on 9/19 and 9/20, 2025 was very helpful when my Tahoe broke down in their parking lot. Very friendly and professional and helped me get back on the road again. I am recommending 10 stars to this store location.

My trucks alternator was going out. The battery light was on, I called the AutoZone in Litchfield to ask them if they had one in stock and could they deliver it. One of there employees said they would. I asked them if they would meet me at the gas station in Darwin. They said they could so do I drove there and Crystal pulled up and asked me if I needed a alternator. I am so grateful for delivering it to me. Special thanks to Crystal.

Managers are un personable , no customer service there are only a few young men that actually come out to help you. Pete the manager could not answer any of the questions about the rewards program. He did not ask for my phone number for the program I had to give it to him.

I had a wheel bearing go out in my truck, I went into auto zone in litchfield Minnesota and they hooked me up with the exact part I needed. The kind gentleman coleton starkovich(auto one employee) got his tools and jack out of his truck. After three hours of him helping me I finished it and it drove like brand new. I will definitely be back, thanks.

I ordered after market spline drive lug nuts from autozone. Which arrived on time. Nicholas Herr was very helpful and friendly at the checkout counter. Nicholas proceeded to sign me up with AutoZones Rewards while discussing its benefits and usage. Nicholas is then proceeded to help me install my new after market wheels with lug nuts. This awesome customer service Nicholas did not have to help me. He said it is apart of AutoZones culture. AutoZone has gained a customer for life.
