March 6, 2026 ( around closing I experienced discrimination) Extremely hostile and unprofessional experience for a new commercial member (Shop: Jasia Strong). I stopped by after a long day to pick up a pre-paid order, and instead of being treated like a business partner, I was treated like a "trouble commercial customer" by an employee named Larry Hall. Because I was a new account member and didn’t know the "PIN" is actually the account number, Mr. Hall used that confusion to escalate the situation. Instead of simply asking for my account number—which I had ready—he was intentionally unhelpful and then committed a gross privacy violation by demanding I hand over my personal mobile device so he could "see what I have there" to "prove" my order. Poor customer service, I ran my card employee walked away , I'm standing there thinking what is this what should I do bag my own item?, should I reach over and tear my own receipt off the register or what showed me no respect, never come back

The Store rep help another customer before me and I was in line first. She also did not accept the return of a Star bit Set opened however not used , she claimed they don't take back tools at that location. She also said they don't take back Oil and other items only car parts. She ready to dismiss me and send me on my way , I want to try to find the correct tool to assist me however I needed to leave and go to another location.

Worst customer services Ive experienced by any Auto zone location. Tried to return an item that was the wrong fit and they never accepted by return, now Im stuck with an item that I have no use for and Im out of $60

They weren't very helpful couldn't tell me any information about anything I asked about and I even asked for help with the items I did end up purchasing mind you im a female ( not saying im entitled to hcelp because of that) but like come on I just needed a little help and they wouldn't. A pedestrian helped me out in the parking lot. That was the worse experience ever.
