He was patient, knowledgeable, and made the whole process easy and stress-free. It’s not always easy walking in and not knowing exactly what you need, but Jacob made sure I felt confident before leaving. Excellent customer service!

We are so beyond thankful for the assistant manager Robert. We had unexpected battery issues on our 6.5hr trip for vacation & he took his time to help us replace our battery knowing we didn't have the tools to do so ourselves. Thanks Robert!

A+ customer service! I came in with a dead car battery, and I had no idea my old one was still under warranty which was purchased elsewhere. The gal that helped me (Aliyah I think was her name) was amazing and refunded me the new battery that I had just purchased. She even gave me a battery terminal protector wipe for when I go back to the old shop I got the original battery at. They are honest, and I would definitely come back here for any car needs.
