I was honestly surprised and very impressed by the kindness and professionalism of Mr. Edgar Guzman at the AutoZone in Lodi, NJ. He took care of everything regarding my car battery — from replacing it to cleaning the corrosion — and did it all with a smile. I was the first customer of the day around 7:30 AM, expecting to see some tired faces, but from the moment I walked in, I was greeted with respect and a warm attitude. That kind of service really makes a difference. Thank you, Edgar, for starting my morning in such a positive way!

I want to say I came in today because my brake assist and my stearing assist the lights were going on. I did go to the dealer, but one of the techs i kniw told me it's the battery.Nothing electrical, not to waste my money. I came to this location and a very nice kind, caring gentleman named Dave found the battery I needed and came out and helped me and was honest and he installed my battery. This is what I call exceptional customer service!!! Not often these days, you get somebody that will actually help you and be honest Thank you so much Lee (red equinox)

I went to the store to check my battery life, and Thaliani was an absolute lifesaver! She offered to help me change the battery and even took the time to teach me how to do it myself. I experienced true 5-star customer service — her kindness, patience, and willingness to assist made all the difference. Thank you, Thaliani, for going above and beyond!

They are giving hard time for return. I bought phone holder which was not holding my phone at all and asked for return. Instead of giving me return they just gave me hard time. End of the story I just threw it to trash. Wasting money

Danny from Auto Zone in Lodi, NJ did a great job replacing my battery on our 2021 Toyota Corolla. He was very thorough & left no stone unturned while doing the job!! Thumbs up to Danny👍
