⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I had an awesome experience at AutoZone thanks to Johnathan! Even in 51° weather (feeling like 43°), dark, and drizzling outside — he didn’t hesitate to jump up and help me with a smile. He tested my battery, used the OBD scanner for my check engine light, and then helped me look up prices for a new battery and brake parts for another car. Not once did he complain or seem bothered. When he said he loves helping people, I could tell he truly meant it. Customer service like that is rare these days — thank you, Johnathan, for going above and beyond!

Noticed my car needed rear brakes, so we went to the AutoZone in Loganville. I told him exactly what we needed, and he even asked whether we wanted vented or non-vented rotors. We clearly said vented. We got everything and went out to the truck, where my husband opened the rotor box—non-vented rotors. He took them back inside and told the guy. The employee admitted he knew they were non-vented and said he didn’t have the vented ones; he just wanted to make the sale. Beware. Always check your parts.

The audacity of this one black guy at the counter. We simply asked the guy to have our oil dumb but clearly wants to be a smart ass and totally disrespect me and my brother. Talking about the oil tank is full. When I clearly went in the afternoon at 12-1p. NOT ONCE HE DOESNT HAVE A NAME TAG ON HIM PERSONAL. have already submitted a complaint to corporate. Im never gonna come to this autozone ever again.

The ladies at Autozone, Evelyn and Jailene, are the best at helping stranded people. My car died and they changed out the battery (Autozone brand) to run a proper diagnostics. They discovered that the alternator to be at fault for my troubles. Also, they were super sweet to let hang out until a tow could pick me up. Thanks, Evelyn and Jailene

I shopped at the Loganville Georgia AutoZone today a horrible experience the young lady behind the counter talked down to me she didn't actually talk to me I am not familiar with this process it's the first time in a long time I was in an auto parts store and I instantly remembered why I don't come to this company anymore if you're a woman and you need help I would choose this AutoZone location. When I expressed to her that I felt like she was talking down to me she told me that she has been here for 2 years and she's never had a problem so she is not the problem it must be me that there in itself is the problem.
