I had an exceptional experience at AutoZone, and I genuinely can’t say enough good things about Cannon, Jessie, and Anthony. All three of them worked together and tried so hard to help me, and it truly showed from start to finish. I am 63 years old, and unfortunately it’s not uncommon for people to rush past you, dismiss you, or make you feel like a burden when you need help. That could not have been further from my experience here. Cannon, Jessie, and Anthony were patient, respectful, and fully engaged the entire time. They ran diagnostics, explained what was going on with my car in a way that was clear and easy to understand, and took the time to recommend what I should do next instead of just handing me information and moving on. Anthony L. was super helpful and professional. I drove into AutoZone having barely making it with a battery that was about to die. Anthony sold me the battery and I explained to him that I didn’t think I could make it home and didn’t have any tools with me to swap out the batteries. He enthusiastically told me he would change it out for me, grabbed his tools and went outside. He very quickly and efficiently did the job, with a smile, knowing he was helping someone in need. I appreciate Anthony’s help and professionalism so much.

Jesse P. is the associate that helped me. He started by opening the door and continued by being friendly and professional. He not only helped with what I came in for, but he explained what the codes actually meant and what to do, say and avoid when I take my car back to the Chevy dealership where I recently purchased the car. He was very helpful and smiled the entire time. He was a pleasure to work with. He is professional, knowledgeable, friendly, not afraid to get his hands dirty, I will look for him next time I am in.

Tre did a great job helping me diagnose why my check engine light was on. Professional work and he showed me exactly what part I need. Thankfully this instance is an easy fix, appreciative for the quick service.

Love the convenience of this location! Anthony is exceptional. Changed my battery in less than 10 minutes and was so helpful and friendly. This is the second time we’ve had a last minute emergency and run here in a panic; they were great both times. Would definitely recommend to anyone.
