I have used this establishment several times and have never been disappointed. The store is always clean and well stocked and the sales team friendly, courteous, professional and knowledgeable. For all your automotive parts needs I highly recommend NAPA in Westlake!

Walked out again last time you asked for something. And if it's back in the counter, it's a 1020 foot walk, she turns around and asks the other 2 people behind me what they want services them first. Thank you. Cause I went home, ordered It on Amazon. It will be delivered tomorrow. $35 cheaper. Then, when it was online at your dump, you have the worst customer service. Go to rock auto online Amazon. If you don't need to part that day, you can get it delivered. The next day, thirty five dollars cheaper.At least I know for a fact on what I ordered

top of the line help with the multitude of mechanical, automotive, and technical stuff of which a layman has no understanding. if you are a "car person", great - you know what you want and they've got it. if you have no idea, they will help you get what you need even thoughj you may not have been able to describe it. super! 5 stars!

Pulled in after getting a battery jump , I received prompt service. Doug came out right away checked and changed my battery. The experience of great customer satisfaction and service was provided. Thanks to Doug and Ernie!

I live right behind this store. I've been there 6 times and 6 times they have told me they do not have the part that I needed. The last time which is today, I went there just for a 3/16 brake line fitting they said they do not have it. Don't waste your time going there because I don't have anything that you will need. Save yourself the time go to autozone they have stuff and that's where I got my feelings. Napa definitely know how not to have parts
