Wow. I did not know companies like this existed anymore. Easily the best customer service on this planet. I called several other companies to check if they could tell me why my check engine light went on. They said nope. Then I tryed autozone. Professional. Friendly. To the point. Unbelievable. I decided to go down and see if I could figure things out. A rep named Tim came out and hooked up a machine. Went back in the store and linked up to a computer. Within minutes I was told the exact parts. There was no guarantee but this was the highest probability. Without knowing a manager named Lauri started to further help. I am still in shock how amazing this staff is and the structure of the company. We hear so many times how all these companies care and are here to help and it rarely comes true

They are awesome at this store. My battery went out in my van. They gave me a good deal on a new one and also Installed it for me for free. Great customer service from Manger on down. Much appreciated it

I went to AutoZone because I needed a clutch fan pulley holder tool to be able to remove a clutch fan. (Specialty tool) They had the tool available to borrow (with a deposit). They were quick to find the tool and actually had two different tools. They allowed me to take a look at both tools to see which one I needed and I was able to get the proper tool. The process was fast and easy. Brought the tool back in less than an hour and got my deposit back without any issues. Being a real auto zone and they had not only the tool I needed but had multiple to pick from was very convenient. I would highly recommend this store.
