Woodrum Ford

I found my 2023 forerunner on CarGurus at Woodrum Ford Toyota. Expressed interest on a text. TJ responded quickly. I discussed my trade with a picture and we came to a deal over the phone, pending viewing our respective vehicles in person. Never felt pressured, and I feel we both got exceptional vehicles. since it was an 80 mile one-way trip, I appreciate the convenience of only one trip. Dickering at a dealership is one of my least favorite things to do. I highly recommend Wood drum.

Woodrum is always great to deal with. Gregg has always found me great used vehicles that last a long time with no problems . Vince was great to work with and the whole team is very helpful. They helped us with some of the tech connections that would have taken so much longer to do on our own. This place is truly one of the best!

The only issue is that there could have been more explanation given about how to use my hybrid upon purchase. I've had to learn about my battery use through Google. I understand that the manual is there, but I still feel like a verbal would have been helpful!

The service department was a great experience. I went in for an oil change and they found a rear seal leaking. They informed me that they ordered a part and would contact me when it came in. The very next day she called and said they could do the installation at 3:30 that very day. I must say that I feel that I get better service from you than I do at Landmark in Springfield where we bought it. Next time I trade I’ll remember you folks at Woodrums.

I dropped my truck off for a Wednesday appointment and didn't get my truck back for almost 3 and a half weeks later. They "fixed" my park brake light that was on. NO they didn't because it came back on less than 2 weeks of having my truck back. They "fixed" my windshield wipers. They started with the most expensive part which was the motor. I could hear the motor running when I tried to use my wipers. They just wouldn't go up or down. The supposedly put in a new windshield wiper motor, and transmission, but I had to take it back for a windshield wiper arm because it was broke. I had another mechanic tell me the only way that could have broke is the mechanic broke it taking it off to replace the windshield wiper transmission, but I had to pay to get it fixed.
