Brooke and Ken are the best in town. I use them everyday running our shop. From getting me my parts when im on a crunch and they are busy they still deliver. Customer service and knowing parts they are the best in the Lynchburg area. Thanks for all that you all do. DIY or commercial choose them

I had an emergency... the wiper died.. yes, died. I stopped in to get a replacement. The sales person, Parm, was exceptional. The manager was nice to allow his assistance. Parm not only advised me of the different choices in price and performance in wiper blades. He also checked my fluids. He recommended more wiper fluid. He recommended the Platinum Fluid... After pouring, we know it was almost out because of how much it took to fill the reservoir. THE PLATINUM FLUID IS AMAZING! He also recommended brake and power steering topoff, later. Even though the temperature was below freezing, he continued until the job was done. He also kept advising I should wait where it was warm. I declined. As I stated... EXCEPTIONAL CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND STOPPING IN THIS AUTOZONE FOR YOUR NE

Very helpful and kind. Tried to call around for me and gave me some advice when I was looking for a shop open on a Sunday when my car's check engine light turned on in the middle of a long drive to NC. I really appreciated the effort.

Brook helped me find the parts I needed for changing my oil for the first time, she was very nice and patient with me. Would highly recommend.
