I came to this AutoZone store today to buy a new pair of windshield wipers. When I was trying to replace them, I wasn’t sure how to do it, so I asked one of the staff members for help. The first guy didn’t know how to replace them either, so he asked another employee to assist. While replacing the passenger-side wiper, the wiper arm accidentally snapped back and hit my windshield, leaving a small chip and a visible crack. At first, I didn’t notice the damage because I was standing in front of the car and couldn’t see it clearly. The staff member kept apologizing, and I told him “you’re good.” After they finished and went back inside, I inspected more closely and discovered the chip and crack. I had an excellent experience at AutoZone thanks to Nick, one of their employees who helped replace the battery in my car. The old battery was in really rough shape — there was a lot of corrosion built up around the terminals, and the battery hold-down was extremely rusty. It honestly looked like it hadn’t been touched in years, and I could tell right away it wasn’t going to be an easy job. Despite how difficult it was to remove, he handled everything professionally and patiently. He carefully worked through the corrosion, dealt with the rusty hold-down, and made sure everything was removed safely without damaging anything. I went to AutoZone yesterday to get new windshield wipers and I asked them to put them on. Shady and Luis were wonderful. They make a wonderful team. They were so helpful. I was in and out. They were so accommodating. I highly recommend AutoZone. I would definitely come here again.

Hi, I just wanted to leave a review after my experience yesterday. The boys were amazing, I only remember one of their name Nicolas Silva but there was another tall kid that took my payment. Even though they don’t have much experience with cars, they went out of their way to help me put in my light bulb. Thank you again, much appreciated! It was stressful for me because I didn’t want to get pulled over and the sun was going down so again thank you!! They were also very kind and you guys should be very lucky to have those two boys.

I came in the other day and I got an excellent service. This wonderful young man, very tall I think his name was Luis Sousa. He assisted me very well. I went in to buy a lightbulb, as one of the bulbs on my headlights were working. He brought me to it and EVEN helped me install it on my car!
