Ryan in the Manheim location was a huge help today i called in with some heat troubles, and he informed me they have the best staff to take a look on the spot. On arrival Ryan was happy to come out in the cold and open up a few pieces of my vehicle and in about 15 minutes, he completely fixed my heat issue. As a girl, walking into an auto zone isn’t fun never fun. I’m not sure what 95% of the items in there are. So I’m never really confident walking in. What I do know is how to provide and receive great customer service . And that’s exactly what Brian provided today. He greeted me at the door instantly, gave me options, the good, the great, the best. Also assisted me with installing my headlight bulb bulb in . Amazing help and guidance all around . We were in-route through Manheim and ran into an electrical problem with our turn signals. Brian went above and beyond to first try and diagnose the problem and second to actually resolve our issue, which we believe was a loose connection. Today, these guys went above and beyond their service! We are over 3 hours away from home. We had a caliper issue. Where the top bolt came off right when getting ready to exit the turn pike and it went fully MIA. We swapped the bottom bolt to the top and babied it to here. They didnt have the bolt so the husband walked across the street to Tru Value for a engineered fix. They came out and lent him everything he needed. The one guy even got very hands on and helped him get the bolt off and back on. We truly appreciated everything and their hospitality!
