I had a dead battery at the Frys next door. I spoke with Cody at this store and he was terrific. I bought a new battery and he installed it for me. Can not say enough good things about this store, especially Cody. He went far beyond good customer service. I highly recommend. Thank you so much.

Last night I was inside the AutoZone at Tangerine Crossing (Store #05053) in Marana while handling a commercial transaction for Lawless Mobile Auto Service. We were returning a brake caliper core and purchasing a replacement caliper under our commercial account. The store does not routinely handle a high volume of commercial transactions, and there were some challenges navigating the system, particularly with processing the commercial purchase, applying the core return, and generating a correct receipt when the system wasn’t recognizing the transaction properly. Easy enough to find things yourself. That's a good thing because the young men working there were only interested in there cell phones not customer service. I'm sure AI will soon replace them. Alexa is far better at being polite.

Update Management Solved the issue. I will not do business at this location due to the customer service received. Issue: I purchased a battery in December of 2023 and it recently died. Duralast has a 3 year battery warranty and it would not be honored due to the system not recognizing my purchase. I don't keep receipts for items that should be placed under my phone / email. Employee and Store Manager all have the same answer, I can't find you in the database are you sure. Yes, I'm sure I spent $200 dollars on a battery that should be at least prorated. Are you sure it's under that number? Yes, I'm sure I don't make up random numbers for my contact, especially when there is a warranty tied to it. Maria, Christian, Eric, Kelly, and Edward were most helpful with getting me the tools, kits and assistance for me do the timing chains of 2 Hondas, an Accord and CRV recently. Store is never too crowded. Always helpful. Saved a ton doing it. Thanks!
