I'll try not to make this long winded. I dropped off a car that would not start. Thought maybe the engine was seized. Was assured by Pierce he would get it looked at and let me know. It took him 6 months. That's not a typo. 6 months to DIAGNOSE the problem, not fix. This wasn't my only car so it wasn't an urgent repair. I checked in every couple weeks, and all I received was excuses. Everything from being too busy, to no employees, to a toothache, and even divorce. I try to be sympathetic and understanding but this was really reaching. The issue that Pierce found was a giant hole in the block. I needed a new engine. Bought a 6.0 diesel Ford truck a while back and wouldn’t start. I thought the worst, motor locked up, blown head, etc. I took it to a mechanic here in Phoenix that came highly recommended and he tore into it. Called me to say he got it running and it needs a high pressure oil pump and a new turbo and it was going to be about $4k. I don’t know much about diesels, so I just kind of accepted my fate. I was about to head to the bank to get the $4k to have this mechanic in Phoenix fix my truck. Something told me to get a 2nd opinion, so I called a buddy and told him what my dilemma was. Hit a pothole and absolutely destroyed one of my tires coming back late one evening... towed to Pierce, and these guys had a full set at the shop and installed in less than 24 hours (it was probably about time to replace the other 3 anyway). Incredible work by Trevor and the team. Great service, quick turnaround, and extremely competitive pricing. I'd take my vehicles back any day -- so glad to have a home-town shop! Plus, they're backed by Napa, so work and parts are warrantied nationally. Can't beat it!

Strung me along for two weeks not once calling me. I had to call every single time. Was convinced the issue with my car was something to do with the security system and that's what he was trying to work through. Issue ended up being the fuel pump like I suspected the whole time. Edit: owner responded after EIGHT MONTHS. Never told me three weeks. But you're response time is in line with what I already experienced.

Waited 2 weeks for our appointment, was given an estimate well within our budget as well as a promise that it would get back to us in a timely manner. So far this shop hasn’t kept their word on anything. In fact, they charged hundreds more than the highest end of the quote AND took several days longer than expected. They couldn’t find my keys at pick up and my car battery was dead when they finally did find the keys. I would add more details and list more of the minor inconveniences but frankly I’ve wasted enough time on this shop. Save your time, save your money, go elsewhere.
